Our products are fulfilled and shipped through third-party suppliers, including CJ Dropshipping. As a result, shipping times and return handling may vary by product and destination.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

* The item is **defective**
* The wrong item was received

To be eligible for a return:

* You must contact us within **14 days of delivery**
* The item must be unused and in its original condition
* Proof of issue (photos or video) may be required

Returns requested for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personal preference may not be accepted.
