Order Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through third-party partners. Some items are pre-made and shipped, while others (such as apparel and select accessories) are made-to-order.

Because of this, return eligibility may vary depending on the type of item purchased.

These items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Change of mind

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted

Requirements:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide clear photo(s) showing the issue.

Notes:

  • You do not need to return the item
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5″) are considered normal
  • If multiple items are affected, additional photos may be required

Standard Products (Shipped Items)

These are pre-made items fulfilled through our product partners (such as CJ Dropshipping).

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of issue (photos or video) is required

Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not accepted.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days

Note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production or processing may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
